Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the shareholders of Grimley Smith Associates Limited, an engineering design consultancy company on the sale of a 74% stake to Mayfair Capital Holdings Limited.
The investment by Mayfair will be used to fund expansion and new projects, including new projects in the Middle East.
The Stevens and Bolton team was led by corporate partner Keith Syson and included Suzanne Jefferies (corporate), Keir Halcomb (employment) and Stephen Schofield (property).
