Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Next Wave Partners, on its investment in Liverpool postal operator Secured Mail, one of the UK's largest postal businesses with sites in Liverpool, London and Warrington.
Next Wave Partners, an independent private equity firm, completed the growth capital investment as part of which it provided Secured Mail with a facility to finance its future expansion plans. Established in 2006, Secured Mail processes millions of letters every night and is predicting a turnover of around £50m this year.
