Advising Bright Stars Nursery Group on its acquisition of five additional nurseries

Stevens & Bolton’s corporate team has advised Bright Stars Nursery Group on its acquisition of five additional nurseries in the first two quarters of 2023, totalling £20m. 

Bright Stars Nursery Group is focused on owning and operating premium nurseries in England and Scotland, with a dedicated focus on providing the very best childcare in the local area. These new acquisitions will expand the high quality nursery group to a total of 97 settings across England, Ireland and Scotland.

Stevens & Bolton has acted for Bright Stars Nursery Group (previously ICP Nurseries) since 2016 and have supported them in connection with all of their previous UK acquisitions. Stevens & Bolton values the strong relationship it has with the Bright Stars Nursery Group.
