The Stevens & Bolton corporate team has acted for Lloyd’s Register on the acquisition of IT Energy Systems and Consulting Ltd, trading as ISF Watchkeeper.
Lloyd’s Register is a maritime professional services company specialising in engineering and technology. IT Energy Systems and Consulting Ltd, trading under the name ISF Watchkeeper, provides software solutions to demonstrate compliance with crew work and rest hour regulations.
The Lloyd’s Register Digital Solutions business is the largest global supplier of voyage solutions for the maritime industry, with a vision to deliver innovative solutions that connect ship and shore-side teams to help its customers benefit from more efficient, cleaner and safer practices.
