Stevens & Bolton has advised the shareholders of Adatis Group on the sale of Adatis to Incremental Group. 

Adatis, a London and Surrey based data analytics consultancy, has been acquired by digital technology services provider Incremental Group. The transaction serves to increase Incremental’s end-to-end digital transformation capabilities and support their continued growth strategy. 

The deal is representative of Stevens & Bolton’s work in the technology sector, regularly acting for innovative technology businesses seeking to expand their capabilities through strategic transactions.
