Stevens & Bolton has advised Sandown Group, a leading Mercedes-Benz retailer based in the South East, on its acquisition of its latest retailer in Newbury bought from Sytner Group.
Sandown Group is a proud representative of the prestigious Mercedes-Benz brand and has over 40 years of experience selling and servicing Mercedes-Benz. This acquisition strengthens its operation and extends its reach further north taking the group to eight locations, with the business also based in Poole, Dorchester, Salisbury, Basingstoke, Guildford, Hindhead and Farnborough.
