Sarah Wickens, Managing Director of Store Property, commented: “This is an exciting building for us in a location we have been targeting for some time so we are delighted to add it to our portfolio”.

Real Estate Partner Daryl Rivero commented: “The Stevens & Bolton team enjoys working closely with Store Property and it was great to be able to assist them in the purchase of 22-24 Cowper Street before the end of 2020 and finish off what had been a challenging year for the whole industry on a high note”.
