Deal news: advising on investment into Krystal Kleen Heritage Limited

Stevens & Bolton has advised a consortium of private and institutional investors on their equity and debt investment into Krystal Kleen Heritage Limited to implement the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Metalwash Limited.

The investment was supported by a management buy-in and an equity and debt rollover by the shareholders of Metalwash Limited.

Metalwash is a machine rental and service business based in Gloucestershire that sells, leases and rents aqueous parts washers into transportation, engineering and manufacturing sectors. The Group will use the investment funds to expand the business and to implement its buy and build strategy.

Dane Houlahan, investor representative, commented: “Keith and his team have delivered valuable and responsive guidance and advice on a complex and multi-faceted transaction. I look forward to working with the incoming management team to drive growth and establish synergies in the machine rental and service business space”.

Keith Syson, corporate partner at Stevens & Bolton, added “Having worked with Dane and some of the investors before it was a pleasure to do so again and provide Metalwash with the springboard for the future”.

The Stevens & Bolton team was led by corporate partner Keith Syson, supported by Nassar Nassar and Emily Ditchburn (corporate) and Melanie Shone (corporate tax).
