Stevens & Bolton advises ICP Nurseries on its recent acquisition of four nursery businesses

Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised South East nursery group ICP Nurseries on its recent acquisition of four additional nursery businesses: Sunrise Day Nursery (London), Park Nursery (London), Orchard Barns (two sites near Colchester) and Child First Nurseries (a group of day nurseries in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire).

ICP Nurseries is focused on owning and operating premium nurseries in London, the Home Counties and the South East, dedicated to providing the very best childcare in the local area. These new acquisitions will expand the high quality nursery group to over 30 nurseries, each one retaining the individuality and uniqueness of each setting within their local community.

ICP Nurseries Limited is a long-standing client of Stevens & Bolton LLP and we have supported them in connection with 18 acquisitions to date.

The Stevens & Bolton team for this series of acquisitions was led by partner Jonathan Porteous, supported by Bethany Sheen, Krishna Patel, Rebecca Minear and James French (corporate), Richard Wilkin (real estate), Caroline Carmichael (banking), Boma Adoki (employment) and Kate Fellows-Tully (pensions).
