Stevens & Bolton advises mental health charity YoungMinds on new London headquarters

Stevens & Bolton has advised on the lease property work in relation to YoungMinds’ relocation to new London headquarters. This work was undertaken on a pro-bono basis.

Being the UK’s leading charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of young people, and with more people than ever reaching out for help with their mental health, YoungMinds works to ensure that the best possible support is provided to empower young people to change their world.

Phil Hall, Chief Operating Officer at YoungMinds commented: “we’re very grateful to the support and expertise that Stevens & Bolton have provided to ensure that our property transaction and lease negotiation was concluded successfully in a timely manner. The team worked closely with us to ensure our long-term interests were protected and the provision of this support on a pro-bono basis has ensured we are able to continue to prioritise our resources to meet the needs of the children, young people and parents we support.”

Pro bono work is part of S&B’s wider CSR commitment, which is governed by the same objectives of excellence, innovation and accountability that we provide to all clients.
