In celebration of International Women’s Day 2023, we are proud to announce that Stevens & Bolton has signed the Law Society’s Women in Law Pledge in partnership with The Bar Council and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives to demonstrate our commitment to gender equality at all levels of the legal profession.
We recognise the importance of gender representation, which is already reflected in the high number of women in our partnership and the fact that 50% of our governance board is currently comprised of female partners. This pledge reinforces our ongoing dedication to gender equality, and we are currently developing an action plan to take positive steps to strengthen our commitment in this area.
We look forward to working with the Law Society over the coming months to implement the various aspects of the pledge.
