Stevens & Bolton’s mid-market M&A team has advised Drees & Sommer S.E. a leading European consulting, planning and project management company headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, on its acquisition of the AA Projects Group, a UK construction consultancy company, from its existing management.

Drees & Sommer provides consulting services to both private and public clients in all aspects of real estate and infrastructure and has roughly 4,500 employees in 51 locations across Europe, the Middle East, China and the Asia Pacific. The Stevens & Bolton team advised on Drees & Sommer’s first phase minority investment in AA Projects in March 2022 with the full acquisition being aiming to complete in a second phase in December 2023. AA Projects has over 230 employees in seven locations across the UK specialising in design and consultancy in the automotive, logistics, data centre, healthcare, education, residential and hospitality sectors.
