Stevens & Bolton LLP recently held a “data protection for marketers” seminar, hosted in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

The seminar highlighted potential legal issues which can arise in data protection and also provided tips to help avoid falling foul of the law. Data protection topics covered included:

  • The long game – the New Data EU Protection regulation - a look at what the forthcoming reform of the data protection regime means for marketers
