Stevens & Bolton LLP advise on £53m senior debt facilities to Rydon Group

Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the Rydon Group on the provision of £53,000,000 senior debt facilities. This financing has been provided by Lloyds Bank plc for the next stage in the Group’s development and the continued delivery of its £275m regeneration programmes.

Having emerged without debt or borrowing from the worst recession to affect the industry in many years, the construction, development, maintenance and management group now has ambitious growth targets for the next five years, particularly in urban regeneration in London.

“Stevens & Bolton have assisted Rydon on a number of transactions over the last few years.  The banking team were quick to respond, and both commercial and personable in their approach. We were pleased to have them on board.” Aileen Ivanec, Group Legal Director, Rydon.

The Stevens & Bolton LLP team was made up of Jonathan Porteous, Rebecca Kitchener and Hannah Beale. For further information please email jonathan.porteous@stevens-bolton.com or call 01483 401233.
