Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised the UK Management team of Asmodee, one of the leading publishers and distributors of party games and trading cards in France, on its acquisition by Eurazeo.
Eurazeo is a leading listed investment company within Europe, having a diversified portfolio of over 4 billion euros in assets, who identify and enhance the transformation potential of the companies in which it invests.
The completion of the acquisition of 83.5% of the share capital of Asmodee was based on an enterprise value of 143million Euros.
Stevens & Bolton had previously advised the shareholders of Esdevium Games on their full sale to Asmodee.
