Welcome to our Summer 2019 corporate deals bulletin.
This edition showcases a selection of transactions we have been involved in over the past few months. We have completed some standout deals over the period, notwithstanding that generally lower rates of deal-doing have been reported across the UK.
The technology, media, education and insurance sectors have continued to be the most active for us.
Additionally, we are very pleased that our M&A team has been ranked second in the top ten law firms by deal volume in the South East in the Experian MarketIQ report for the first quarter of 2019.
