Retail Update - December 2018

Welcome to the first edition of our Retail update.

We are launching this update as part of our commitment to working with businesses in the retail and hospitality sectors and have included links to a few recent articles which we hope will be of interest to you.

If you have any questions relating to the article themes please get in touch with Nicola Broadhurst, Partner & Head of Franchising and Retail (details below). Additionally, we would be pleased to hear your opinions on the articles and if you have any suggestions for future topics or legal issues in the sector that you would like to know more about.

This month we are looking forward to attending two key industry events, REVO’s Annual Dinner and UKHospitality’s Christmas Lunch (see more information below), and would like to catch up with any readers who will also be attending – so do get in touch if you would like to meet.

To find out more about how we work with retail and hospitality businesses to help them survive the current market challenges, please see the retail section of our website.
