Charlotte joined Stevens & Bolton in 2023 having trained at a City law firm.
Charlotte has advised a variety of companies in relation to employment issues, including multinational corporations on multijurisdictional corporate restructurings, and has provided redundancy and TUPE advice. Charlotte has supported individual clients with discrimination claims for unfair and constructive dismissal as well as assisting on settlement agreements and negotiations.
Charlotte is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
