Chelsea’s experience includes drafting and negotiating employment documentation, advising on the implementation of employment policies, providing advice on terminations, defending claims in the Employment Tribunal and advising on business immigration matters, including sponsor licence applications. She also advises on the employment and immigration aspects of business acquisitions and disposals.
