Jessica advises businesses and individuals on property related disputes. Her practice includes advising on a variety of commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues.
Jessica trained and qualified at a UK law firm and joined Stevens & Bolton in December 2022.
In addition to advising on commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues including possession actions, dilapidations, rent reviews, break rights and rent and service charge recovery she also advises on covenants and rights over land, trespass and nuisance.
Jessica works closely with her clients to resolve property related disputes. She has experience with Court and Tribunal proceedings and alternative dispute resolution including mediation.

- Acting for a developer in issuing, obtaining and enforcing an urgent possession order against trespassers who had unlawfully entered a development site
- Advising on the settlement of a substantial terminal dilapidations claim
- Acting for a landlord in forfeiting a residential lease by service of proceedings and securing a possession order
