Kate joined Stevens & Bolton LLP in 2008. She became a partner in 2010 and heads the corporate tax and equity incentives practice.
Kate has a broad tax practice with a particular interest in corporate tax, employee share schemes and employment-related taxation. She has extensive experience of advising in relation to exit planning and reorganisations along with the negotiation of the documentation relating to corporate and private equity transactions. Kate also provides advice in relation to VAT and stamp taxes as part of her practice. She sits on the Strategy Board of the firm.
