Micky joined Stevens & Bolton in the spring of 2023. Prior to this, Micky worked as a company secretary at a global law firm in Hong Kong.
Micky advises on and attends to the post-completion work of corporate transactions, corporate governance, ongoing company secretarial requirements and incorporations.
Micky is a qualified associate member of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
