The core features of our CoSec retainer include filing annual confirmation statements, unlimited standard event-driven filings each year (for example, termination and appointment of company officers, changes of registered address and PSC filings) and use of our office address as a registered office. As our clients would expect, we use a digital platform to host the company’s statutory registers.
