Millie advises on a broad range of transactional and advisory banking and finance matters.
Millie qualified as a solicitor in 2025, having joined Stevens & Bolton as a trainee in 2023. With a background in law and prior experience in the financial services sector, she brings a pragmatic and agile approach to legal practice.
Millie has particular experience in property finance, acquisition finance and cross-border facilities. Her practice includes acting for borrowers across a variety of sectors, such as technology, aviation and education. She also has in-house experience having undertaken a secondment with a key client of the firm.
Millie has authored articles and practical checklists on banking and finance law and transactions. She also sits on the committee of the Guildford Junior Professionals (GJP) networking group.
