    Employment laws applying to business transfers and outsourcing arrangements are notoriously complex.

    It is important to obtain specialist advice at the earliest opportunity to ensure compliance with the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 ("TUPE") and the recent changes to TUPE and to understand how TUPE may apply.
