  • Providing urgent strategic advice to a leading luxury automotive company on a collective redundancy exercise, including on the election of representatives for the purpose of consultation, consultation obligations and compliance, and the securing negotiation of over 30 settlement agreements with affected employees.
  • Advising a publishing group on its collective employee consultation obligations arising from a proposal to change the redundancy terms for all new and existing staff, including obligations and practicalities of union negotiation and potential claims.
  • Advising a platform for art galleries on a number of potential redundancies.
