Stevens & Bolton has advised Optio Group, the independent specialty MGA, on its acquisition of Gardian Marine Limited, a London‑based managing general agent specialising in marine builders’ risks, ship repairers’ liability, and voyage and towage insurance. The acquisition further strengthens Optio Group’s marine insurance capabilities and expands its specialty offering across hull, cargo, war and shipbuilding lines.
