Our established HR Leaders Community is a place for senior HR and People professionals to connect, exchange ideas and navigate workplace change together.
The community provides a forum for HR Directors, Chief People Officers, Heads of HR and other senior people leaders from a range of industry sectors to discuss the strategic challenges facing HR teams and businesses today. The aim is simple: to help members stay informed, gain practical insight from peers and advisers, broaden their networks and learn from one another in a trusted and collaborative environment.
Meeting quarterly through a mix of virtual and in-person sessions, alternating between Guildford and the City, the community offers flexibility for members. Each session is facilitated by our experienced lawyers who help guide the conversation, share insights and encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences.
Our agenda is discussion-driven by the real issues HR leaders are seeing on the ground.
The Chatham House Rule applies to all sessions so members can share their insights in confidence.
