Stevens & Bolton has today announced a series of promotions across the firm, including the promotion of Krishna Patel to partner. The promotions reflect the firm’s continued investment in developing talent and strengthening its capabilities across key practice areas.
Krishna Patel joins the partnership in the firm’s Corporate team. He advises on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and complex corporate restructurings, working with clients from fast-growing businesses to established international groups.
In addition, Abigail Palmer-Page has been appointed Head of Probate and Estate Administration within the firm’s Tax & Trusts team. Estate administration forms an important part of Stevens & Bolton’s private client offering, supporting families and executors through what can often be a complex and sensitive process. In her new role, Abigail will lead the continued development of the firm’s probate and estate administration practice, with a particular focus on evolving the service through the effective use of technology and AI.
These appointments are part of a wider round of internal promotions, which also see Jeremy Kelly (Commercial & Technology) and Deliya Meylanova (Commercial Litigation) promoted to managing associate, and Adam Creasey (Tax & Trusts), Chelsea Feeney (Employment), Alice Gardiner (Tax & Trusts), Kerry Roshier (Commercial Real Estate) and Amelia Talfourd-Cook (Tax & Trusts) promoted to senior associate.
The announcements follow two recent leadership appointments within the firm: Hannah Ford as Head of Employment, Immigration & Pensions, and Charlie Maurice as Head of Commercial & Technology.
Commenting on the promotions, James Waddell, Managing Partner, said:
“Congratulations to Krishna and all of our colleagues on these well‑deserved promotions. Each of them contributes to the collaborative culture that is so important to us and plays a valuable role in supporting our clients.
Seeing talented lawyers continue to develop their careers with us is especially rewarding. Investing in our people and creating opportunities for them to grow remains central to our long‑term strategy and to delivering excellence for our clients.”
These promotions highlight Stevens & Bolton’s continued focus on investing in its people and building teams with the depth and expertise to support clients across complex and evolving legal challenges.
