Every development project is unique, with its own set of risks and its own personality. Before embarking on a project, how do you go about identifying and mitigating the risks particular to that project? What factors should you take into consideration? And how do you put in place processes to help mitigate those risks? We'll explore the answers to these questions and look at a development agreement to identify how risk is captured within it.
This webinar will be of interest to anyone involved in development and construction. It will last between 20 and 30 minutes.
