Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised longstanding client Stackhouse Poland, on its acquisition of Title & Covenant Brokers, a legal indemnity insurance specialist based in Borehamwood. It is the third deal of the year for Stackhouse Poland, who acquired Caprica Healthcare in January and Honour Point in April.
Stackhouse Poland is an award winning top 10 independent insurance broker in the UK and this acquisition in the real estate sector adds a new dimension to their proposition to clients in this area, and reflects its continuing strategy of focusing on strong organic growth, plus the acquisition of like-minded companies.
The Stevens & Bolton team was led by Head of Corporate, James Waddell and supported by Senior Associate Francesca Messina.
In addition to advising Stackhouse Poland on its refinancing last year, Stevens & Bolton has also acted for them in connection with a number of acquisitions over the past 18 months, including Lucas Fettes, E Coleman & Co and Quantum Underwriting Solutions.
