2022 has been an exciting year at Stevens & Bolton and we are pleased to announce some important developments to our trainee programme.
We recognise that a law firm is only as good as its people and how important it is that we recruit and retain top quality lawyers. We have ambitious plans for our business over the coming years and to support those plans we are doubling our trainee intake numbers from five to ten a year, starting with our September 2023 intake. We are therefore now looking for trainees to join our intakes for 2023, 2024 and 2025.
We are also increasing the number of places on our vacation schemes which will run at Easter and in the early summer each year. Vacation schemes are a great way for you to experience life at the firm and for us to meet potential future trainees – we automatically offer an interview for a training contract as part of the vacation scheme week.
