Azrah advises businesses on all areas of employment and immigration law.
Azrah qualified as a solicitor in March 2023 and joined Stevens & Bolton in the same year, having trained at a large regional firm.
Azrah’s employment experience includes drafting contracts, employee handbooks and standalone policies, advising in relation to redundancies and employee exits and assisting with negotiating settlement agreement terms. Azrah also advises clients on defending employment tribunal claims.
Azrah provides immigration advice to businesses in relation to obtaining a sponsor licence, Skilled Worker and Senior Specialist Worker applications, sponsor compliance and right to work checks.
