We regularly advise businesses wishing to transfer employees to the UK from overseas linked companies or who wish to hire overseas nationals to work in the UK. This includes advising on obtaining and maintaining a sponsorship licence, submitting applications under the Points Based System, especially under Tier 2, recruiting interns and the legal parameters of the business visitor category.
