Hollie joined Stevens & Bolton LLP in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she trained at a Top 50 firm and qualified into the employment, pensions and immigration department in 2013.
Hollie advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Her non-contentious experience includes drafting and advising on a wide range of employment contracts, consultancy agreements, company policies and procedures and settlement agreements. Hollie regularly provides advice to HR teams and in-house counsel on issues such as managing sickness absence, capability, grievance and disciplinary issues, and handling dismissals and redundancy situations. She also advises on the employment aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
Hollie also has experience of bringing and defending a broad range of Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, TUPE, whistleblowing, complex discrimination and equal pay claims.
