Our team is approachable and experienced in the tactics and issues that arise on both sides of a dispute and how to deal with them.

We partner with you to resolve disputes before they result in proceedings being brought, including assisting you with submitting grievances and subject access requests, working with you to seek to resolve outstanding issues, and liaising with ACAS in relation to early conciliation and assisting with settlement negotiations and advising on settlement agreements. However, where claims are unavoidable, we are experienced in advising on successfully bringing Employment Tribunal proceedings. This includes claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, unlawful deductions from wages, whistleblowing, working time and holiday pay.

We can also support you in relation to bringing claims in the High Court, including in relation to bonus and breach of contract claims and also defending proceedings brought against you in the High Court, including in relation to breach of contract, restrictive covenants and misuse of confidential information, including defending applications for injunctions.
