Stevens & Bolton LLP has advised Leightons Limited on its acquisition of the business and assets of Tempanys Opticians from Keith Tempany Ltd.
Tempanys is an established boutique opticians and contact lens specialist based in Poole, founded by Keith Tempany who has over 30 years of industry experience. The acquisition will create an exciting business merger with Leightons’ existing branch in Poole, and Keith Tempany will continue to provide customers with his contact lens expertise as a key member of the expanded team.
Leightons is a family-run business delivering specialist eye and hearing care services. Employing 250 people across 34 UK towns and cities, Leightons’ history spans three generations, with over 80 years of experience.
Leightons’ director of Business Development, Luke Wren, said:
