  • Advising the UK subsidiary of a Hong Kong-based company on the new CEO’s complex services agreement and remuneration, and later providing urgent advice on the CEO's dismissal.
  • Advising an engineering company on the exit of the managing director of a subsidiary, who was suspected of fraud and bribery. We guided the disciplinary investigation, secured the managing director's exit under a settlement agreement without notice or termination payment, and advised on potential recovery of losses.
  • Advising the owner of several international fashion and luxury brands on the contentious exit of its UK CEO.
