Hannah is experienced in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and was made a partner in the employment, immigration and pensions department in 2017.
Hannah has worked both in house and in private practice. Her in-house experience includes an extended secondment to an international media group working as sole UK employment counsel. Hannah advises on all aspects of employment law, including handling employment disputes, implementing terminations and advising on employment aspects of business acquisitions and disposals, including TUPE implications. A significant proportion of her work is non-contentious, such as advising on large scale redundancy and restructuring exercises and employer compliance issues.
Hannah frequently appears at the Employment Tribunal on behalf of Respondent businesses. She is described by observers in Chambers UK as “incredibly responsive, really personable to work with and technically top of the game”.
Hannah is regularly asked to provide opinion to the legal, HR and national press on employment law issues and has been quoted in The Times, The Sunday Times and The Telegraph. Hannah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and also a member of the founding Consulting Editorial Board of LexisPSL.
