Sophie joined the commercial and technology team as a paralegal in 2022.
Sophie read law at the University of Southampton and graduated in 2021.
Sophie completed her LPC and LLM at the University of Law, Guildford where she gained a Distinction.
Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton Sophie volunteered for Citizens Advice Guildford. She is due to commence her training contract with Stevens and Bolton in 2024.
Sophie assists clients and businesses on undertaking research, due diligence, contract reviews and negotiating contracts. She has a keen interest franchising and retail.

- Advising on exports from the UK to the US
- Advising on competition law implications of agreements at a vertical level in the drinks industry
- Collating articles and preparing the commercial and technology update
- Undertaking due diligence review of commercial agreements
