Alstin III GmbH & Co. KG (Alstin) is a €175m venture capital fund managed by the Munich-based investment firm Alstin Capital. It is an early-stage fund that invests in high-growth European B2B software companies, particularly at the Seed and Series A stages. The fund's goal is to provide capital and strategic support to help startups scale, with initial investments ranging from €2m to €7m.
This transaction was a £2.5m seed fundraising round into Round Financial Limited, a London-based financial technology platform that offers treasury and cash management services for startups and SMEs.
