Prior to joining Stevens & Bolton in 2023 Rachel was a solicitor at a specialist technology, media and telecommunications law firm in Auckland. She qualified as a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of New Zealand in 2019.
Rachel’s clients operate in various sectors, including insurance and technology.

- Negotiating master services agreements and software as a service (SaaS) agreements
- Advising a leading UK insurer on various commercial and technology contracts
- Negotiating data protection agreements
- Advising on marketing matters for a company operating in the APAC region, including working on co-marketing agreements and trademark and licencing agreements
