Your platform for success
As trainees you will be involved early on in your career and made to feel part of the team from day one. Over the two years, you will complete four six-month seats giving you the opportunity to experience key practice areas of the firm, covering both contentious and non-contentious work. We do try, if at all possible, to accommodate seat preferences, however due to our ever changing business needs we do require our trainees to be flexible with their seat allocation.
Our training contract enables you to have genuine responsibility and experience of dealing with clients, offering equally challenging work to that of our qualified staff. Our ability to deliver a high quality service and a wide range of specialist practice areas is down to the consistency of our motivated people at all levels within the firm. In particular, you will have a dedicated supervisor in each seat who will guide you on the core skills and experiences you need to acquire in order to be successful on qualification.
We welcome applications from candidates with either a law or non-law background who have achieved (or expect to achieve) a 2:1 degree or higher (unless there are exceptional circumstances). We also require a minimum of 128 UCAS points in one sitting with at least one grade A at A Level.
To help secure a training contract with us please apply for a place on one of our vacation schemes where you will also be offered an interview for a training contract.
