We advise our clients on the most appropriate procedure to follow before dismissal, for instance, conducting a capability or disciplinary process. We also assist with drafting and/or reviewing relevant documentation, including documents required during the disciplinary process and dismissal letters.
We have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating the terms of settlement agreements. We work closely with our clients to ensure the agreements are tailored to balance their business needs with a commercial outcome. We are also able to advise on wider issues which may arise including in relation to director resignations, tax, immigration, long term incentive plans and other equity issues.
